If your computer has a hardware failure, and the issue cannot be resolved via phone-based troubleshooting, a technician will arrive with parts at your home or business to perform the necessary hardware repairs.

Program Details:
- For home and business locations within 75 miles of most major metro areas in the United States;
- Must be purchased within the first 30 days of product purchase;
- Available for all Toshiba notebooks with a one (1) year standard warranty;
- The term of the program begins on the original purchase date of your notebook;
- All Service Plans are issued by Service Net;
- Allow up to 3 - 4 weeks after purchase of this program to receive email confirmation of your service entitlement.
